Indian Burger Sandwich


Indian burgers or sandwiches are really similar to burgers (American fast food), but they taste absolutely Indian. This fast food is heavy and will fill your stomach for a long time. It is a perfect treat for children who are always hungry at night and love “delicious” food. And delicious does not necessarily mean unhealthy. Prepare this or Indian burger recipe that is delicious, good looking and perfectly healthy.


5-6 tablespoons besan (besan in Hindi)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon cornstarch powder
2 medium sized crazy potatoes
Asafoetida pinch (Hini in Hindi)
Paste 1 teaspoon of green pepper
Chopped coriander leaves
A few drops of lemon juice
Raw peanuts
Coconut finely chopped
4 pieces of bread or hamburger bread
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil

How to make an Indian hamburger

In a bowl, add 5-6 tablespoons of besan, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of cornstarch powder, salt to taste, mix well, make a not-so-thick batter, and leave for 5 minutes set
