Covid 19 has made us all transition into a different lifestyle. Now connect with our friends, family, and colleagues through video calls instead of meeting them in person. These harsh times have made us all realize that if we really want something to happen then we will put all the efforts to actually make it happen. At Fluper – a leading game app development company, we adore our employees and can move oceans for appreciating their association with us. As soon as the Covid-19 outbreak came into the picture, we requested our employees to opt for work from home option instead of taking the hassle of coming to office and putting themselves at a health risk.
Our employees welcomed our remote job option with open hands and have outperformed during these times. This year embarks our fourth year in the industry and we totally believe that it is the hard work, determination, loyalty, and dedication of our employees that have brought us so far. To celebrate our fourth anniversary, we organized a digital event on zoom and received a heart-warming response from all our employees. Even though it is more fun to organize a live celebration yet we left no stones unturned in keeping our participants engaged throughout the event.
Our team came up with this excellent name for our event which truly resonated with our brand and the current times. Aarambh, the Revolution was the name opted for our event and truly speaking it was the celebration of a kind. Our annual celebration is the world’s first-ever corporate anniversary event that was conducted virtually and had employees participating from all across the nation.
The virtual event was conducted on October 10th, 2020 from 5PM to 7PM IST. We “aarambhed” this revolutionary event with full traditions and had multiple activities to surprise our people. We lit a lamp to kick start the event and then we had an interesting speech delivered by Anshul Sharma, the CEO of Fluper. All the employees were appreciated for their performance and congratulated for the company’s success. Anshul Sharma firmly believes that the existence and success of Fluper is by its people, for its people, and because of its people. He even motivated the employees of the company to explore their skills and talents and perform better in the years to come. He also requested the employees to take care of their health and take utmost safety precautions for their own wellbeing.
After the CEO’s speech, we had few popular social media influencers on board. Our special guests for the events were Indian Idol runner-up Ankush Bharadwaj, stand-up comedian Aaditya Kulshreshth, and Magician and Youtuber Aashirvad Dande. These extremely talented performers elevated the fun to another level and made employees laugh their hearts out. All our employees thoroughly enjoyed the lovely performances coming from our guest of honours and will surely remember this celebration for lifetime.
Later we had some fun-filled activities and it was surprising for us to see all our employees happily participating in each and every activities. The collective participation coming from our employees is a powerful example of how Fluper has completed its fourth successful year in the mobile app development industry. It is truly the enthusiasm and belief of our employees that has made us accomplish our pre-determined goals and touch unbelievable heights. Activities like singing, dancing, karaoke, beat-boxing, quiz, guess the name, etc were happily enjoyed by all our employees during the event.
It was a delight for us to know our employees beyond formal settings. We realized that most of our employees are extremely talented and are surely a great asset for our company. We announced surprise presents for all our employees who took part in projecting their amazing talents in front of our team.
We had even planned of an award distribution ceremony and we had multiple categories for award nomination. Having multiple categories allowed us to reward and appreciate all our employees in some or the other aspect. There were nominations in categories like the best new entrant, best performer, best employee, 100% attendance, outstanding employee, etc.
We at Fluper totally believe in acknowledging the efforts of our employees and accredit them for what we are today. Our existence, success, and growth are all attributed to our people and we feel indebted to them for life.
